All on 4

What is the All-On-4 Treatment Concept?

The All-On-4 treatment concept is an innovative, cost-effective solution that offers patients a fixed full-arch prosthesis on the same day as their surgery. This procedure provides immediate oral rehabilitation, making it an ideal choice for edentulous patients (those without teeth) or individuals with failing dentition.

Immediate Oral Rehabilitation

The All-On-4 procedure allows patients to achieve a full set of teeth with immediate results, overcoming many of the frustrations and limitations associated with traditional dental implant methods. Using only four strategically placed implants, this advanced technique supports a full arch of up to 12 teeth. Whether used for the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both, All-On-4 ensures that your new teeth look, feel, and function like natural teeth—all in just one day.

Zir-Arch

At Younes Dental Clinic, we offer screw-retained zirconia crowns for all our dental implants, along with one temporary restoration during the healing process. Our in-house digital dental lab is specialized in crafting beautiful, natural-looking, and hygienic zirconia crowns.

Unlike most other clinics that offer cemented metal ceramic crowns and bridges over implants—which can be harmful to the patient’s bone and oral health—our zirconia crowns provide a superior, long-lasting, and biocompatible solution.

With proper care and diligent oral hygiene, dental implants are designed to last a lifetime. Following your dentist’s instructions is key to ensuring their longevity.

Tilting the implants strategically helps avoid critical structures and eliminates the need for grafting. This approach also allows us to place longer, more stable implants, enhancing the overall success of the procedure.

While there’s a small 2-3% chance that an implant may fail, there’s no need to worry. All our implants come with a lifetime warranty, and we will replace any implant that does not succeed.
