What Are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are widely regarded as the gold standard for tooth replacement due to their unmatched durability, functionality, and natural appearance. Unlike traditional dentures or bridges, dental implants are permanent fixtures that are securely anchored into the jawbone. This provides a stable foundation for artificial teeth, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile with complete confidence.

Oral Rehabilitation with Immediate Results

At Younes Dental Clinic, we specialize in providing immediate outcomes for our dental implant patients. We understand the discomfort and trauma that can come from being without teeth for an extended period. That’s why we place almost all of our implants with teeth on the same day of surgery. Our goal is to ensure you leave our clinic not only with a beautiful smile but also with the ability to enjoy your life fully from day one.

Zirconia crowns

At Younes Dental Clinic, we offer screw-retained zirconia crowns for all our dental implants, along with one temporary restoration during the healing process. Our in-house digital dental lab is specialized in crafting beautiful, natural-looking, and hygienic zirconia crowns.

Unlike most other clinics that offer cemented metal ceramic crowns and bridges over implants—which can be harmful to the patient’s bone and oral health—our zirconia crowns provide a superior, long-lasting, and biocompatible solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

With proper care and diligent oral hygiene, dental implants are designed to last a lifetime. Following your dentist’s instructions is key to ensuring their longevity.

Tilting the implants strategically helps avoid critical structures and eliminates the need for grafting. This approach also allows us to place longer, more stable implants, enhancing the overall success of the procedure.

While there’s a small 2-3% chance that an implant may fail, there’s no need to worry. All our implants come with a lifetime warranty, and we will replace any implant that does not succeed.
